Agahan means breakfast time in Tagalog. Whether it be on a busy school day with only 10 minutes to eat, or a chill Sunday morning, our families always tried to make sure that we'd have a delicious meal to get us geared for the rest of the day. A typical set up would have leftovers of last night's dinner, garlic rice or pandesal (bun) on the side, and can't forget the fried egg!
